Ivy contacted me in March - at the beginning of the quarantine period.

And she has not stopped surprising me every day since then!

Apart from being unbelievingly dedicated to the process -as you can clearly see- she is also one of the most positive people I have had the fortune of working with.

Ivy is the queen of the so-called "Non-scale victories" - for those of you who see this term for the first time, these are little daily victories, related to fat loss indirectly.

For example, "I can see my triceps now!" and "Today I climbed a rock with ease! Last year I was about to die on that same rock!"

Ivy is one of the people who enjoys the process and often has a reason to celebrate because every day she notices how strong she is and what her body (and mind) are capable of already!

For these 4 months:

💪Ivy lost 15 kg and a lot of centimeters of her body measurements;

💪She learned so much about health and nutrition, that she will probably never need to diet again;


💪She managed to learn proper form for all compound exercises that we covered and now can train efficiently on her own both at the gym and at home;


💪She was having a very active life before too, but now she has another sport that she loves - fitness!


💪She learned how to locate legitimate sources of information related to fitness and health, and how to be able to spot fitness myths that circulate around the Internet;


💪Most importantly, she learned that there are no 'bad foods' and that she can enjoy her favorite foods without feeling guilt and self loathing with every bite;

That's the type of things that makes me love being a trainer!
