A few months ago Ivelina contacted me with the words "I have a little challenge for you!".
"Okay!", I said, "Game on!"
What she meant by 'challenge' was that she had just given birth three months ago via C-section.
Therefore,
👉She was recovering from a big abdominal surgery;
👉She was a mother of a newborn, meaning that she was getting almost no sleep;


So, while she was working with me, she was on a low caloric deficit and on a strength training routine WHILE still being a breastfeeding mom! Furthermore, we cleared out some common misconceptions that surround mother communities. For example, you cannot lose the baby weight while you are still breastfeeding or that if you are 'dieting' while you are breastfeeding you will stop producing milk and many more!

Despite her situation,
👉Ivelina managed to lose 8 kg!
👉She gained a significant amount of muscle!
👉She could deadlift 120% of her body weight for 8 reps after only 8 months of training (if that is not BADASS, I don't know what is!)!
👉The difference between the two photos according to the scale is 8 kg. The difference between the photos according to me is a completely different person - much more confident and strong and with much more power and energy to play with her daughter!

When we were starting out she said that she was inspired by all the success stories that I post about, and that she would love to be one of them.
Only 8 months later she was already one of the most inspiring visual and mental transformations that I had have taken a part in!
