Diddytransformation

Diddy achieved this amazing fat loss transformation thanks to weight loss pills and waist trainers! Link in bio!

Lol, nope, I am kidding. Funny, right?

Here is how it went -

💁 We started training online in January when her weight was 80.5kg;

💁She has Hashimoto disease;

💁She has 2 small children and one of them is a special needs kid;

💁She was working from home;

💁Because of the quarantine, she was living a very sedentary life with no time for herself;

💁She was having a ton of stress at her job;

💁She has been slowly gaining weight through the years while trying to juggle between everything that was going on;

For 5 months, she lost 12 kg and reduce her body (waist, belly, hips and thighs) measurements by an average of 11 cm. However, this is not the most important part of the transformation that Diddy underwent.

Initially, she was dying of shame to even enter the gym floor - she was scared that she would be judged and mocked. She was uncomfortable being around so many mirrors. She had this constant little nagging voice in her head telling her she is not good enough and that she will never succeed. She was actively avoiding people, and when she had to go out and meet someone she would wear baggy clothes to hide her body.

In the initial questionnaire that every one of my clients fills when we start out coaching online, she answered the question "what would you like to achieve fitness-wise?" with "I want to be able to tolerate my body".

Not "love", not even "like".

She just wanted to un-hate herself.

Diddy started tracking her food intake and learning about nutrition during our regular consultations.

She started working out with no equipment at home whenever she could steal a minute for herself with a training program that was tailored according to her needs.

She was also one of the top participants in a challenge that I made during April, May, and June (it was about getting up and doing one set of exercise every hour during the day).

The lost weight, her newly gained strength, her new looks and confidence, made her a completely new person, who even bought a short black dress for the first time in her life!

TL;DR

Diddy in January:

👎80kg;

👎Often joints pain;

👎Hates herself, doesn't want to be seen by people;

👎Hides her body by wearing baggy clothes ( clothes that are "like a ship's sail", as she described them);

👎Feels hopeless and weak;

👎Doesn't believe that she will achieve something;

👎Hates getting up early;

Diddy today:

🤩67kg

🤩Likes her body - notices how strong she is, how nice she looks and is in peace with it;

🤩Dresses more femininely and wears more form-fitting clothes, because she is proud of what she has achieved;

🤩Notices new things about her body that she "did not realize that are there" - once she was excited that she can see her collar bones for the first time, that made her day (and mine!);

🤩She is pleasantly surprised by how consistent she has been in the process of getting fit and how much she enjoys working out now!

🤩She even LIKES getting up early so she can workout before work!

🤩She now moves with no pain!

🤩She knows so much more about nutrition, that she can maintain a nice body composition with no effort for the rest of her life.

The biggest transformation was in the way she sees herself. We started with "I am so weak, I can barely lift X kg" and progressed to "I've gotten so strong! Now I can even lift Y kg".

One of the most impactful changes we can experience? It’s not our body. It’s our perspective!

I am infinitely inspired by her accomplishments and I am happy that I had the chance to work with her!
