Chrisy is so inspiring that I don't even know when to start!
🏆She literally NEVER skipped a workout!
🏆She started working with me from the beginning of the summer (2019) - when most people take a break from training and dieting;
🏆She had almost no experience with fitness training, but she had all the will in the world, and she quickly became one of the 'gym regulars'.
🏆She wanted to be one of the people that ‘can't live without sport' and I am happy to say that this is exactly what we achieved.
Chrisy was pretty lean already when we were starting out, and still, in only 5 months, we managed to:
🏆 Lose 8% body fat (measured with a skinfold caliper);
🏆Gain 2.7kg of muscle mass;
🏆Lose a little more than 3kg bodyweight;
🏆Reduce the pain in her knees that was bothering her;
How did we achieve that?
👍With a small calorie deficit (10-25% of her maintenance calories during most days, with a brief intuitive 'diet break' days 😁)
👍Consuming at least 80gr of protein per day - she was doing an extremely good job with this - even when on vacation or holidays, she was always reaching her protein goal;
👍She was doing resistance training close to muscle failure with progressive overload;
👍Her training plan was changing often, even though the main exercises were the same throughout the whole period - with little variations to keep her journey enjoyable;
